Sundried Tomatoes

A 100gr bag of Italian sundried tomatoes.  To rehydrate place in a heat proof bowl and completely cover with boiling water. Leave to stand for 30 minutes until soft and pliable. Try marinating the tomatoes in one of our Kentish oils
