Locally grown Marfona potatoes have a smooth golden skin and creamy, fluffy flesh with a mild, delicious flavour. A versatile all-rounder, they’re particularly good for baking, roasting, mashing and making homemade chips. Washed and ready to prepare.

Crispy Roast Marfona Potatoes
Parboil the washed potatoes for 8–10 minutes, drain well, rough up the edges, then roast with olive oil, sea salt, rosemary and garlic at around 200°C fan until crisp and golden.
